  • How to take the Alpha/Omega Stack:

    1-Andro:
    Take 1 tablet when you wake up, repeat this 10-12 hours later. For best absorption take on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes before eating. Do this everyday for the entire cycle, 2 pills per day for 30 days.

    Alpha-AF:
    Once you take the 1-Andro for 30 days, take 3 pills of Alpha-AF with your first meal of the day, repeat every day for the next 30 days.

    Shredded-AF:
    Start with one pill in the morning to assess your tolerance. If your tolerance allows, you can take a second Shredded-AF later in the day for continued fat burning, we recommend spreading them out 6-8 hours. Wait 6-8 hours before consumiung other stimulants as well, do not combine Shredded-AF with Amped, Charged, or Focused.

    ADAbolic:How to take ADAbolic depends on your weight, and your goals. For max muscle gains take it pre/intra/and post. For fat loss take it immediately post workout. If you are looking to add muscle while leaning out take it intra workout, and immediately post.

    • 100lbs-150lbs: 1-1.5 scoops per training day
    • 150lbs-200lbs: 1-2 scoops per training day
    • 200lbs-250lbs: 1-2.5 scoops per training day
    • 250lbs plus: 1-3 scoops per training day

    Rested-AF:
    To assess your tolerance start with ½ scoop, 30 minutes before bed. Once tolerance is assessed you can move to 1 full scoop.
