Read the description on the Steel site since I had purchased the Amped-AF previously. This one states an, โAnytime Preโ. It is exactly right. Mix one scoop in a 16.9 bottle of water and you will be super dialed in. Provides a nice charge while working (In IT) and you are lazer focused. Definitely recommend. Now I need to purchase Charged and take that for a spin. This company doesnโt disappoint!!
