Pancakes are a great way to indulge your cravings...

And the perfect place to put a bunch of fruit...or chocolate!

But just because you choose to indulge and treat yourself on the weekend doesn't mean you have to sacrifice all the progress you made during the week.

In fact, pancakes can be the perfect delivery system for your protein and all the other delicious ingredients you crave and this recipe WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 2 scoops of Whey-Pro French Vanilla protein
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup liquid egg white
  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Optional toppings: melted peanut butter, melted chocolate chips, peanuts.

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Mix flour, Whey-Pro French Vanilla protein, baking powder, and cinnamon until completely blended.

Step 2: Add egg whites and yogurt and mix until batter consistency.

Step 3: Heat and spray a skillet.

Step 4: Pour in about 1/4 cup for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the top, then flip and cook for a few more minutes. Repeat with all batter.

Step 5: Add toppings and enjoy!

You can make this recipe as healthy or as unhealthy as you want...it all depends on your choice of ingredients and toppings.
