All of the deliciousness of creamy peanut butter, with oatmeal, and NO ADDED SUGAR!
Here’s what you’ll need:
Here's what to do:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Step 3: In another bowl, combine peanut butter, banana, and agave. Whisk until blended.
Step 4: Combine wet and dry ingredients. The dough will be very sticky. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 5: With a cookie scoop or spoon, drop the dough on the baking sheet into 2-inch balls, leaving some room between them. Gently flatten the cookies with your hand.
Step 6: Bake in the middle of the oven for about 8-10 minutes. Let cookies cool and set for a bit before eating.
Step 7: ENJOY!!!
