Pancakes are a favorite breakfast choice for millions of people...

So if you're a pancake lover then you're going to love this because it's delicious, it's simple to make, and IT'S HEALTHY TOO!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 Scoop Veg-Pro Protein Banana Pancakes flavor
  • 1 cup (gluten-free) oats
  • 1 very ripe mashed banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds + 3 tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

    Optional Toppings
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Sliced bananas
  • Cinnamon
  • Melted almond or peanut butter (optional)

 

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Mix the ground flaxseeds with water and let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes to thicken.

Step 2: Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.

Step 3: Heat the pan or skillet on medium and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 4: Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake and cook for 1-2 minutes per side or until lightly browned.

Step 5: Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

Step 6: Add toppings and enjoy right away!

 

Keep in mind that all the toppings are optional and can be replaced with anything you'd like including walnuts, dates, and much more!
