You can never have too many delicious post-workout smoothie recipes in your toolbox of deliciousness...

And this one tastes just as good as it looks!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1-2 scoopsย Veg-Pro Blueberry Muffin
  • 1ยฝ cupsย Frozen Blueberries
  • ยฝย cupย Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ยฝย tspย Xanthan Gum (optional)

ย 

Here's what to do:

Step 1: In aย blender, add the blueberries, milk, and stevia.

Step 2: Puree until completely smooth.

Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together yourย Veg-Pro Blueberry Muffinย protein powder and xanthan gum.ย 

Step 4: Add this into the blender and blend again until combined well.ย Scrape down the sides as needed.

Step 5: Pour into a glass and top with some fresh blueberries or other toppings of choice.

Step 6: ENJOY!!!
