You can never have too many delicious post-workout smoothie recipes in your toolbox of deliciousness...

And this one tastes just as good as it looks!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1-2 scoopsΒ Veg-Pro Blueberry Muffin
  • 1Β½ cupsΒ Frozen Blueberries
  • Β½Β cupΒ Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Β½Β tspΒ Xanthan Gum (optional)

Here's what to do:

Step 1: In aΒ blender, add the blueberries, milk, and stevia.

Step 2: Puree until completely smooth.

Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together yourΒ Veg-Pro Blueberry MuffinΒ protein powder and xanthan gum.Β 

Step 4: Add this into the blender and blend again until combined well.Β Scrape down the sides as needed.

Step 5: Pour into a glass and top with some fresh blueberries or other toppings of choice.

Step 6: ENJOY!!!
