You can never have too many delicious post-workout smoothie recipes in your toolbox of deliciousness...

And this one tastes just as good as it looks!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1-2 scoops Veg-Pro Blueberry Muffin
  • 1½ cups Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ tsp Xanthan Gum (optional)

 

Here's what to do:

Step 1: In a blender, add the blueberries, milk, and stevia.

Step 2: Puree until completely smooth.

Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together your Veg-Pro Blueberry Muffin protein powder and xanthan gum. 

Step 4: Add this into the blender and blend again until combined well. Scrape down the sides as needed.

Step 5: Pour into a glass and top with some fresh blueberries or other toppings of choice.

Step 6: ENJOY!!!

If you don't have the Xanthan gum, don't sweat it...

But the one on thing you must absolutely have to make this delicious post-workout (or anytime of day) treat is this!
