So, here's the deal. When you sign up for a Baseline Fitness Evaluation, you're in for a bit of a workout at their fitness studios. You'll get your body measured, weighed, and have your body fat % tested. Plus, you'll do some strength and endurance tests — all before you even start your personalized exercise program. It's a great way to see where you're at and track your progress as you work with Brad and his team of Atlanta personal trainers. They highly recommend it for overall wellness, but it's not a must-do.
Once you're done with the Baseline Fitness Evaluation, they'll set up your first real personal training session. This is where you will get started on a workout plan specifically designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. If you have a strong foundation in the basic techniques of climbing (e.g., flagging, pivot feet, hip engagement, etc.), are stuck at a grade difficulty for months, and aren't sure how to go beyond your current level, Wall Crawler coaches can help you. This is a 1-on-1 session. The first part of the session will be an on-the-wall evaluation. Based on the evaluation, the coach will discuss observations and practical strategies to reach a new level. Some strategies may be:
Route reading and Sequencing
Economy of Motion
Footwork
Supplemental exercises to build/reinforce muscles and/or technique
Self-assessment of climbs and the mentality of “trying hard.”

Wall Crawler Climbing offers monthly and annual options, and also punch cards for those who wish to climb at their own time.
