If you're in a rush in the morning and want a delicious treat to start your day off right, then this is it!

This recipe should take less than 5 minutes to make and it's a delicious option to replace doughnuts, bagels, and other unhealthy breakfast choices.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 scoop of Veg-Pro Vanilla Cream Pie
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • Plant-based egg replacement*
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips

*For egg replacement: Finely grind 1 tablespoon of golden flax seeds. Place in a small bowl and stir in 3 tablespoons of water.

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Grease a small microwave-safe bowl or mug with cooking spray.

Step 2: Add Veg-Pro Vanilla Cream Pie protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour, and sweetener and mix well.

Step 3: Add the egg replacement and mix it into the dry mixture.

Step 4: Add plant milk and vanilla extract and blend well.

Step 5: Top with chocolate chips and microwave for about 60 seconds, or until just set in the center.

You can also replace the vanilla with any of your favorite Veg-Pro flavors!
