Muffins are always a great addition to the day. Not only are they pretty easy to make, but they also make great desserts for any party.

This recipe provides all the protein and delicious flavor you can handle and they don't take long to make.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 2 scoops Whey-Pro French Vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of butter or butter substitute, melted
  • 1 tsp of liquid Stevia
  • 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • An oven
  • A large bowl
  • A cooling rack

Here's what to do:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a muffin tin with 6 liners and spray them lights with cooking spray.

Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, butter, stevia, and vanilla.

Step 3: Mix in the flour, your Whey-Pro French Vanilla protein, and the baking powder and whisk until well combined.

Step 4: Fold in the chocolate chips, but be sure to leave a few as a topping!

Step 5: Spoon the batter into the muffin tins, filling them almost to the top, and top each muffin with a few chocolate chips.

Step 6: Bake for 17-19 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Step 7: Cool for a few minutes in the pan, then 10 more minutes more directly on the rack.

Step 8: Enjoy with some yogurt and fruit.
