Who wants a slice of protein-packed chocolate cake?

Here's what you'll need:

  • 3-4 scoops Whey-Pro Chocolate
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1½ cups apple sauce
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • An oven
  • A small round pan
  • Parchment paper

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325F.

Step 2: Line a small round pan with parchment paper or spray generously with cooking spray.

Step 3: Mix all ingredients until well combined.

Step 4: Pour batter into the pan.

Step 5: Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until cake is firm on the top.

Step 6: Let the cake cool for a bit before removing from the pan

Step 7: Top with protein sauce (1/2 scoop protein mixed with a little bit of water), fresh raspberries and a crumbled up protein cookie (or any other cookie you'd like)

This makes a great addition to any adult birthday party!
