We're back at it with another delicious and healthy cookie recipe that you can make in less than 30 minutes!

In fact, you probably have everything you need to make these in your kitchen right now!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 3 scoops Whey-Pro Snickerdoodle
  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • 2 cups oats
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (chunky or smooth, your choice!)
  • 5 egg whites
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350° F and line a cookie pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together Whey-Pro Snickerdoodle protein, flour, oats, raisins, baking powder, baking soda, coconut, and cinnamon and set aside.

Step 3: In a separate bowl mix together mashed bananas, peanut butter, egg whites, vanilla and syrup until completely combined.

Step 4: Add the wet ingredients to the dry and fold in until just mixed.

Step 5: Place 2 tablespoon scoops of the batter onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and repeat with the whole mixture.

Step 6: Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and let cool.

Step 7: Enjoy!
