We're back at it with another delicious and healthy cookie recipe that you can make in less than 30 minutes!

In fact, you probably have everything you need to make these in your kitchen right now!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 3 scoops Whey-Pro Snickerdoodle
  • 1ยฝย cupsย almond flour
  • 2ย cupsย oats
  • ยพย tspย baking soda
  • ยพย tspย baking powder
  • ยฝย cupย unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1ย cupย raisins
  • 1ย tspย cinnamon
  • 3ย ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1ย cupย natural peanut butter (chunky or smooth, your choice!)
  • 5ย egg whites
  • 4ย tbsp maple syrup
  • 1ย tsp vanilla extractย 

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350ยฐ F and line a cookie pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a large bowl, mix togetherย Whey-Pro Snickerdoodle protein, flour, oats, raisins, baking powder, baking soda, coconut, and cinnamon and set aside.

Step 3: In a separate bowl mix together mashed bananas, peanut butter, egg whites, vanilla and syrup until completely combined.

Step 4: Add the wet ingredients to the dry and fold in until just mixed.

Step 5: Place 2 tablespoon scoops of the batter onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and repeat with the whole mixture.

Step 6: Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and let cool.

Step 7: Enjoy!
