Most store-bought bread is full of ingredients we could all do without...
But did you know that it's actually really easy to make your own?
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325F.
Step 2: Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
Step 3: Mix all ingredients until completely incorporated and smooth consistency.
Step 4: Pour batter into the pan.
Step 5: Bake at 325F for about 1 hour or until firm and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Step 6: Let cool for a while then slice.
Step 7: Add avocado and Serrano ham and some salt and pepper, or other toppings you like.
The best part about this homemade bread recipe isn't the protein, it's the fact you get all that fiber you're missing from the psyllium husk!
