Since taking shredded af I noticed that it helps me with not having much of a appetite and alot more energy you can feel it when it starts kicking in..and also no crash and that's with just taking one pill a day

This product is very versatile. I use it as needed... pre workout, intra and post and sometimes all.
This is my new favorite supplement. And quite possibly my favorite supplement, ever. I feel like a God when I take it, especially paired with a regular or high-stim pre. My strength is through the roof. I feel powerful! Like, REALLY powerful. No joke. I've been able to increase my weights consistently and see no end in sight. Though that's not my goal as I train more for performance than bulk, it's a really good feeling to pick up heavier weights and move them with confidence. So, yeah, I'm hooked.
