When working out first thing in the morning, I take one serving before leaving for the gym. If my lifts are going to be longer than 30 minutes, I have noticed a second serving sipped during my workout helps me push through my hour plus weight lifting sessions . When time is tight and I only have minutes or so, one serving does me just fine.

It does what it says just better. I’m putting on size easier using 1.5 scoops on training days. Workouts are a little more intense and slightly better recovery.
