This doesn't make you "feel" like you on something crazy and bouncing off the walls. it just is a nice and imo healthier option than some of the others. This is a daily driver for me, in the process of switching from coffee to this as it does have caffein I dont think it'll be that difficult or long.

The pump is definitely there as well, and the energy stays fairly consistent throughout the entire workout. Great taste, mixes really well, and gives you a solid boost for your workout. Overall, a great pre-workout that I would definitely recommend! 💪
