How do I create a subscription?
Creating a subscription for your favorite supplements couldn’t be easier! When adding the item to your cart, select the option to Subscribe & Save along with your desired delivery frequency.
To make it easy for you, we’ve added suggested, common frequencies. This will be determined from the size of the product selected and the amount of servings it contains to help keep you on track. You get to decide how often you would like to receive your order.
What are the benefits of a subscription?
Steel subscriptions are automatic and worry free. Once created, your orders will process on the schedule you selected. Plus, free shipping! Every subscription order receives a 15% discount off MSRP and FREE SHIPPING. From the initial order to the very last, you’re saving money.
Going on vacation and need to hold off on receiving it? We make it easy for you to adjust your subscription settings in your Account Dashboard.
How do I manage my deliveries?
Steel’s subscription program lets you have complete control. You may join the program whenever you’d like and leave the program whenever you’d like, without penalty.
Should you need to edit your subscription, all you need to do is log into your Steel account and head to manage subscriptions to view your subscription(s) and their controls. You can add or remove items from an existing subscription, adjust your order frequency, and change your next order date, just to name a few.
Need to change your shipping address or payment method? Log in to your Steel account and head to manage subscriptions. Each subscription can have its own shipping address and payment method, so you’re not limited to just one for your orders.

How will I know when my subscription order is on its way?
You can expect an order confirmation email every time an order processes. All upcoming order dates are available in your subscription profile as well. We’ll also send you an email as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on it from door to door. No surprises here!
When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged automatically on the date the order is processed.
An order just processed that I wasn’t ready for. Can it be canceled?
We got you! If the order has just been processed and you haven’t received a shipping notification yet, you can cancel the new order and the subscription by visiting your Account Dashboard
or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. This will also include a refund for the order, ensuring you’re taken care of all at once.
If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Service Team (email@example.com or 941-253-5401) to see how we can best assist. We’ll work together on the solution that’s best for you.
Steel Subscription Terms and Conditions

The subscription discount is 15% off MSRP of certain products when choosing a recurring rebill frequency, and is outlined on the Steelsupplements.com product webpage and in the cart during checkout. Discount applied may change for subscriptions created during disruptive sale events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc). The subscription discount does not “stack” on top of sale pricing. Subscription product pricing at rebill will apply the standard subscription 15% discount off product MSRP. Applicable taxes and rules apply.
Your Steel subscription will continue until canceled. You may cancel or modify your Steel subscriptions at any time by visiting your Account Dashboard
● We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription at our discretion.
● You may not transfer or assign any Steel subscription.
● Subscribers are not permitted to subscribe for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using their Steel subscription.
● Only certain products are eligible for Steel subscriptions and are noted on the Steelsupplements.com product webpage.
● We reserve the right to not ship you an Steel subscription (some or all products) for one or more subscription periods as necessary. We won’t charge you the subscription fee for skipped subscription period(s).
Fee and Renewal
The subscription fee is stated on the Steelsupplements.com product webpage. Applicable taxes and rules apply to all subscriptions. We will attempt to honor your preferred shipping method of your Steel subscription, but as necessary, we reserve the right to process your subscription order using the next most economical shipping method.
If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled.
If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will vary depending on your chosen subscription. Visit your Account Dashboard and Subscription Orders to see renewal dates for your subscription.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR STEEL SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES, USING ANY SAVED PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms in accordance with the Conditions of Use. Customers with an active Steel subscription will be notified via email at their Steel account email address of any changes to these Terms.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your Steel subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be canceled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any Steel subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
