I have had digestive issues for years now. After a week of taking these, I finally feel "normal" again. I'm less bloated, and "bathroom trips" are normal again. I have issues with gluten but also a lot of other foods mess with my stomach. When I eat it's basically like rolling the dice on what is going to happen with my digestion process. ( I haven't accidentally eaten gluten yet so I can not testify if it helps that but ) I have had more predictable bathroom trips , less bloating and less gas . This have helped me tremendously. I am so impressed that they have helped me so much in such a little time.
