Suggested Use - Directions
SHREDDED-AF - Suggested maximum dose is 2 capsules per day. Based on each individual, this can be taken 2 capsules once a day or 1 capsule twice a day (a minimum of 6 hours apart). If you've never taken Shredded-AF before, to assess tolerance, we recommend starting with 1 capsule per day before progressing to 2 per day.
VEG PRO - Mix 1 scoop of VEG PRO in 6-8 oz of water or liquid of choice. Shake Vigorously. Each serving provides 20g of protein. For optimal muscle recovery, we suggest taking Veg-PRO 30-120 minutes after your workout.

The Veg-Pro in the PB&J flavor is delicious and is very filling. I mix with a collagen supplement and oat milk as a snack and am not hungry for the rest of the afternoon after my workout.
The Shredded AF did take some getting used to at first but I pop one in the AM and another in the PM and all of my hunger cravings are gone. I've developed leaner muscle and lose 8 pounds so far in 2 weeks!
Veg pro is always delicious and shredded is a great product
As we all know protein powder can be hit or miss. The blueberry muffin powder tastes exactly like what a blueberry muffin tastes like similar tasting to what batter would taste like just not as thick. There is some slight chalkiness but not very noticeable. The shredded AF I’ve been taking for around 3 weeks now and I definitely find myself less hungry and more energy when taking it. It has replaced my pre workout. Overall very happy with the products as I always have been when it comes to Steel.
I really love the Steel Supplements - specifically the protons and Shredded AF! I have used it several times and it has proven to be one of the best out there.
