Dr. Paul Henning is a senior medical and scientific executive with over 22 years of leadership experience spanning laboratory medicine, clinical research, and enterprise healthcare operations within the U.S. Army, federal research institutions, and academic medical centers. The through-line of his military career has been a singular focus: enhancing Warfighter health and performance.
A proven strategist, Dr. Henning has led large cross-functional organizations, directed multimillion-dollar program portfolios, and translated complex biomedical data into actionable intelligence for executive and clinical stakeholders. His work has consistently sat at the intersection of rigorous science and real-world application — from designing performance protocols for elite soldiers to partnering with global life-science companies on diagnostic and therapeutic innovation.
Grounded in kinesiology and exercise physiology, Dr. Henning brings a first-principles approach to human performance science. He understands not just what the research says, but what it means for the athlete, the operator, and the individual who demands more from their body and mind.
