Kylian Mbappé is a renowned athlete who is highly regarded as one of the top forwards in the history of football.

Celebrated for his ball-handling skills, dribbling, agility, and speed, he is dedicated to a special dietary plan and physical fitness program which contributes to his impressive athletic ability.

  • Chest & Triceps Day: Push-ups, dumbbell press to flyes, bench presses, and cable flyes. Also, triceps pushdowns, skull crushers, and dips.

Ab Workout

After the weight training routine, training abs is crucial. This is done at least 3 times per week, and Mbappé's ab training likely includes the following.

Crunches and cross crunches, side plank, plank hold, and plank ball pushes. Also, scissor kicks and hanging ball leg raises.

Kylian Mbappé’s Diet
