Fitness Assessment

The in-depth Health and Movement Screen gives clients an overview of muscular conditioning, joint integrity, balance, and coordination. Fit Over 50 is a bit more advanced than Seniorcize. Designed specifically for adults over 50, this class combines exciting dance choreography with toning and stretching for an all-around great workout.
