Climbing 101 starts with the climbing basics, and gradually moves onto more advanced techniques, including footwork and body positioning. This introductory class is a great way to meet new people who share the same adventurous spirit.
Lead 101 is an introductory class to sport climbing and provides a foundation in the essential skills needed for lead climbing in a gym environment. Participants will first learn skills on the ground and then practice under instructor supervision while on backup belay.
Climb FIT is a 1 hour, boot camp-style training program built to help you achieve your climbing and fitness goals. In this class, your instructor will lead you through a series of warm ups, climbing drills, and full-body workouts that will improve strength and endurance both on and off the wall. This class is open to all levels and easily adaptable to fit your needs and goals.
