This is a quick and easy recipe you can make every day that can be used to make breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, or even a post-workout meal.

Step 1: Add everything except the walnuts and oatmeal to the blender. (like you’re making a smoothie)
Step 2: After you’ve blended everything together pour the smoothie mix in the resealable bowl
Step 3: Pour the walnuts and cup of oatmeal into the smoothie mix bowl as you stir it all together.
Step 4: Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 5: Eat when you’re ready.
