• Suggested Use:

  Shredded-AF:

  Take 1 capsule - up to 2 times per day. Take servings a minimum of 6 hours apart. To assess tolerance start with 1 capsule per day before progressing to 2.

  
  

  BCAA:

  Mix 1 scoop 1 to 3 times per day. Consume in between meals, upon rising, before, during or after training. Can be combined with any other STEEL Supplement.

  How old must I be to take this?

  You must be at least 18 years old.

  Can I combine this stack with other STEEL products

  Yes, all of STEEL’s products are okay to take with this stack. Do not combine stimulant based pre-workouts within 6-8 hours of taking Shredded.

  Can I take Andros with this stack?

  Yes, you’re able to take this stack with Andros. For optimal results, we suggest taking a look at the Beach Bod Stack, or Ripped Stack.

  Can women take this stack?

  Yes, this stack can be used by women and men.

  Can I take pre-workout with this stack?

  Yes, but do not take pre-workout within 6-8 hours of taking Shredded.

  Should I take this on rest days?

  Allow yourself a break from Shredded one or two days per week, in order to allow your CNS to recover and get the full benefits from Shredded-AF.
