Aewsome stuff!

First time using supplements for me. Ordered the shredded stack and got a bunch of free samples of other products. I want to start out by saying now I know why they say don’t mix shredded af with amped af. Holy hell I tried both separate and it jacks me up before a workout. Hardest workout I’ve had in awhile.

Q: I’m 53 years old in decent shape but want to burn belly fat gain more lean muscle and gain testosterone levels, what is the best combination for me. I work 12-13 hrs. a day and work out after work before I go to sleep is this good and what can help me with my workouts but not affect my sleep.

A: The Shredded stack can be used in a variety of ways. For Shredded - suggested maximum dose is 2 capsules per day. Based on each individual, this can be taken 2 capsules once a day or 1 capsule twice a day (a minimum of 6 hours apart). If you've never taken Shredded-AF before, to assess tolerance, we recommend starting with 1 capsule per day before progressing to 2 per day and then 2 at once. For BCAA - in between meals, combine 1 scoop of BCAA’s with 12 oz of water. You can use up to 3 scoops of BCAA’s per day.
