I actually get two servings off one can. I tend not to drink alot of caffeine but this has 200mg so I just take drink half the can and save the rest for the next day or later to stretch out the caffeine.

Been using Adabolic as my intra workout for a few years now. I'm 6 ft 4 and 250 + lbs so I use 3 scoops daily. Will continue to do so. It helps me get through my workout and recover for the next 1.

I started cycling this stack two years ago. At my heaviest I was 322lbs, I was able to get down to 208lbs. Changed my training style and now I’m sitting at about 225lbs fairly lean definitely not a bodybuilder.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a tropical-flavored jerky, but this stuff is seriously good. The flavor hits that perfect balance of sweet and smoky, with a little tang that keeps it interesting. It’s super tender too — none of that jaw workout you get with some other brands.
Macros are solid: high protein, low sugar, and lean enough to fit into pretty much any diet. Whether you’re snacking post-gym or just need something tasty on the go, this jerky’s a win.
Bottom line: great taste, great texture, great nutrition. Definitely keeping this one stocked.
