I first obtained the trial offer that had 5 of the STEEL products and the Pre-Workout “AMPED-AF” was one of them. The first time taking it felt like becoming the Hulk! I have since purchased a tub because this will make you inspire to perspire! Marvelous boost to say the least, but you will be flying in about 10 minutes within taking it. It is the best of 3 Pre’s that I have used. I suggest if you have different scoop sizes, to use a smaller, medium, or the scoop that comes with it to adjust the amount of effectiveness. I use about a half of scoop and that is right for most days, but if going full tilt, I use a full scoop as this is very powerful. Hope this helps.

Hard AF works by opening up the veins and arteries in your junk. That gives all that blood heading in that direction lots of room to make things all hard af. Makes perfect sense.

So I learned the hard way that you need to ease into this supplement, the first time I took a whole scoop and was up all night. After that I took a quarter of a scoop and noticed a difference in my sleep. I gradually increased the dosage and after a few weeks I take a full scoop and about 20 minutes later I can barely keep my eyes open. I sleep well and wake up feeling rested. I will definitely be recording this when I run out!

Had Shredded samples for months from another order, decided to try them and was in blown away by the way when I went to eat I could only eat a few bites and i began to feel full. I bought some and I'm on my second full week of the cycle ( 2 per day 5 days a week, off sat & sunday). The cycle is perfect and it continues to work over the weekend and you are ready to go on Monday. I haven't stepped on a scale but my clothes fit better and i feel hopeful that I've found a product that does as advertised.
