These work with out all the 'shaky-ness' from the some of the others. Along with a better taste. Steele has a customer for life & now i'll have to try some of their other products.

This is my new favorite flavor protein. Their Snickerdoodle used to be but this edges it out slightly. Real chocolate flavor and super rich.

I really liked the liquid creatine that Species Nutrition put out back in the day, but this product is my "go to" since then, its simple, mixes well and keeps my joints feeling lubricated ready for the next hard left. I am currently using 10-15g per dose which the cost allows me to do.

This product is part of my preworkout stack, for me I have found that one pill of this and one of the shredded pills along with the pumped AF is a solid stack. The synergy gives me a great workout focus and pump with out the stims.

I really love this product, it has become a part of my "regular" supplements along with creatine and fiber. I have worked a majority over the last 20 years and this product gets me into that deep sleep and lets me wake up rested even though I work outside the normal circadian rhythm. A full scoop is a little much for me so I usually go with a 1/2-3/4 scoop. As noted I would start with a 1/2 and work your way up. I used a full scoop and felt like I couldn't catch my breath, I had to lay down and concentrate on my breathing until the feeling passed and I feel asleep, but once my tolerance was figured out it worked wonders. I can get 3-4 hours of sleep with this and feel rested if needed.
