PRE is the perfect intro to preworkout. The sample packets are perfect to put in your pocket while out on a run to mix in with a water Stop. Portable and a perfect boost! Charged is also good as a step up but they got rid of the gummy bear flavors and that was dumb
Hands down the best pre-workout stack available. I use the Adabolic as an intra-workout and have for years. Steel quality is unmatched
