By far one of the smoothest vegan proteins i've found. Been using for years! Caramel Frappe was THE BEST flavor they had, and THE BEST vegan protein I have ever had!! I am so saddened to know they have discontinued it. Vanilla Cream Pie and Hot Chocolate the next two in my top choices.

I take one pill every time before I go to the gym. I feel that it works well to help give me the energy I need to have a great work out. I also use other supplements and pre-workout products from Steel.
