If you want to maximize pumps and prime your body with glycogen, take 1 scoop with your pre-workout. To maintain endurance and performance throughout your workout or cardio session, mix 1–2 scoops into 16–32 oz of water and sip during training. For enhanced recovery, take 1–2 scoops post-workout.
Take 1 capsule 20–30 minutes before training. N.O.7 is stimulant-free and can be combined with any STEEL pre-workout product.
ADA-BOLIC (Pre/Intra/Post Workout):
How you take ADA-BOLIC depends on your body weight and fitness goals. For maximum muscle gains, take it pre-, intra-, and post-workout. For fat loss, take it immediately post-workout. To build muscle while leaning out, take it intra-workout and immediately after training.
High-Stimulant Pre-Workouts:
Take ¼–½ serving 30 minutes before training to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 1 full serving per day. Avoid combining with other stimulants for at least 6–8 hours after use. For maximum results, stack with ADA-BOLIC and Pumped-AF.
Focus & Clarity Formula:
Take 2 capsules when additional focus is needed. Do not exceed 2 servings per day, and allow at least 6 hours between doses. Do not combine with other stimulants for at least 6–8 hours after taking.
Male Performance Formula:
Take 2 capsules 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. For best results, avoid alcohol and stimulants.
Moderate Stimulant Pre-Workout:
Take 1 scoop 30 minutes before exercise for enhanced energy, endurance, and focus. A maximum of 2 scoops may be used per training day. For maximum performance, combine with ADA-BOLIC and Pumped-AF.
Muscle Pump, Hydration & Blood Flow:
Take ½–1 full serving 30 minutes before training. Stay well hydrated while using this product. For maximum results, stack with ADA-BOLIC and either PRE, AMPED-AF, or CHARGED-AF.
Sleep & Recovery Formula:
Begin with ½ serving 30 minutes before bed to assess tolerance. Once tolerance is established, increase to 1 full scoop 30 minutes before sleep. Avoid stimulants within 6 hours of taking Rested-AF.
Fat Loss & Energy Formula:
Start with 1 capsule in the morning. First-time users should take it with food to assess tolerance. Once tolerance is established, use up to 2 capsules daily with or without food. Do not combine with other stimulants for at least 6–8 hours after taking Shredded-AF.

A must try product you won’t regret
Great stuff. Worth getting if you’re unsure of the flavors or how good the supps are. Tried most so far and definitely picking some new ones soon.
I much prefer to try a dose of this or a flavor of that before committing to a big expensive container that I may not even like. I love the variety of products included. I'm a big fan of Steel Supplements. They have been a game changer in my workouts now that I am over 40. Wish they had this stuff 20 years ago.
It was nice to try the different packets. ADABOLIC and the whey proteins were the best. The Hyperade tasted really good too. ADABOLIC is the best non stim pre/intra/post workout powder on the market. If its shipped usps takes awhile, if shipped ups allot quicker.

I purchased the sample box in my most recent purchase from STEEL and it was more than worth it. I was able to sample so many of the products and current products. From my experience they all taste very good with NO aftertaste. It gives me confidence to try more product from this line and to purchase in a larger quantity since I have the advantage to know how it tastes

Best tasting stuff on the market, as long as you drink it as soon as you mix it. If not it tastes like flavored BC powder. So, chug it!
Try all the line, and was surprisingly amazed at the products
Tried a couple of sample packs which were awesome so I bought most of what I need from them: Protein, Adabolic, BCAA's etc. Give this a try and when you see the results dont thank me, thank STEEL.
