This is a fat burner that is perfect for pre workout or an AM boost to get you rolling into the day. It’s one of the rare fat burners that isn’t to strong for me and I know exactly how it’s going to make me feel. No jitters,no crash and I don’t get agitated on them. I also like to only take one in the morning on non workout days and two before my workout to really amp up and sweat a little more. I can say I trust STEEL and their supplements way more than most other brands and this one is always a got to for my regular purchases.

I absolutely love this stuff. Now I use this in conjunction with a couple of medications. It absolutely does the trick. My workouts are usually in the morning, and this warms me up and gets me going.
