Lets face it, the majority of us train day in and day out purely for therapeutic reasons. With the daily stressors of life and the demons we have carried along the way since childhood, still lurking within subconscious closets that we either have knowingly accepted to fight or have buried so deep, we are in denial of the roots of our motivation.
