Q: Suggested Use - How should I use these products together?
Take 1-2 capsules of Shredded in the morning, and 1-2 additional capsules 6 to 8 hours later before exercises. BCAAs can be consumed post workout, in the mornings and/or between meals. Just combine 1 scoop with 12 oz of water. You can use up to 3 scoops of BCAA’s per day.
Q: When should I take BCAA’s around my workout?
During the workout is ideal, the next best time is after the workout. They can also be taken in the morning or in between meals.
Q: How do I take Shredded?
Take 1 capsule in the morning, with or without food. About 6 to 8 hours later you can take 1 additional capsule.
Q: Can I combine Shredded with Amped, Charged or Focused?
No, due to the extreme potency of these products, none of our stimulant-based products can be combined.
Q: Can Shredded be taken as a pre-workout?
Absolutely, this is quite common and very effective.}
Q: Is Shredded safe for women?
Yes, both men and women can take Shredded.
Q: How old must I be to use Shredded?
At least 18!!!
Q: How long can I use it Shredded for?
Our bodies develop resistance to things over time. The human body is amazing at adapting. For maximum results we encourage our customers to use Shredded for 12 weeks; followed by a 4 week break.
Q: Can I take Shredded everyday?
Yes, however we advise at least 1 day per week of not using Shredded, this helps prevent your body from getting accustomed to its ingredients.
