It’s been a while since we’ve dropped delicious new recipes, but rest assured that’s only because we’re coming with the best tasting, easiest to make recipes you can find! 

And this one will not disappoint…

All of the deliciousness of creamy peanut butter, with oatmeal, and NO ADDED SUGAR!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup Veg-Pro Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups oats (gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 1 mashed ripe banana
  • Pinch Cinnamon
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (sugar free)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil 

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 3: In another bowl, combine peanut butter, banana, and agave. Whisk until blended.

Step 4: Combine wet and dry ingredients. The dough will be very sticky. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5: With a cookie scoop or spoon, drop the dough on the baking sheet into 2-inch balls, leaving some room between them. Gently flatten the cookies with your hand.

Step 6: Bake in the middle of the oven for about 8-10 minutes. Let cookies cool and set for a bit before eating.

Step 7: ENJOY!!!
