If you haven't tried Veg-Pro Peanut Butter protein yet there is no better recipe than this!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 3 scoops Veg-Pro Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs (for plant-based recipe simply mix 2 tbsp. of ground flaxseed with 5 tbsp. of water)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter for topping

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Combine protein, almond milk, baking powder, and eggs in a large mug.

Step 2: Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Look at the cake as it’s raising up. Stop the microwave before it flows over the top.

Step 3: Top with peanut butter!

Step 4: Enjoy!
