For those that are on the go and don't have many delicious snack options then this recipe is going to blow your mind!

Not only is this easy to make, but you'll also get a lot of food out of it so you'll have healthy snacks for days!

Here's what you'll need: 

  • 1 scoop of Veg-Pro peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Pinch salt
  • 3 cups of oatmeal
  • 1 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried raisins or other berries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • Pinch ground cinnamon 

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F

Step 2: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine maple syrup, vanilla, olive oil, and salt.

Step 4: In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, berries, almond flour, protein, and cinnamon.

Step 5: Add maple syrup mixture in the medium bowl to dry ingredients in the large bowl and mix thoroughly.

Step 6: Once mixed, spread the mixture evenly press onto your baking sheet.

Step 7: Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden on edges. Open the oven door twice to release steam and rotate the pan once halfway through. Do not stir!!

Step 8: Let cool for an hour before breaking into chunks.

Step 9: Dip in peanut butter and enjoy!!

Keep in mind many of the ingredients can be swapped out if you don't like them or are allergic to any of them. For example, if you don't like almonds you can use walnuts instead, coconut flour for almond flour, peanut butter protein for Chocolate, Snickerdoodle, or Vanilla and so on.
