Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are one of our all-time favorites, and the good news is that this recipe makes 12-15 cookies that are so healthy and delicious you may have to hide them from everyone else in the house!
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine oats, sugar, Veg-Pro, and baking powder.
Step 3: Add in peanut butter, flax eggs, and vanilla. Stir until completely combined.
Step 4: Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 5: Using a 1/8 cup measuring cup or a scooper, drop dough onto the lined baking sheet.
Step 6: Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 7: Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
