With spring and summer just around the corner, it's a great idea to start stacking recipes that will keep you cool and fuel your muscles too!

And this icy recipe will do the trick and keep your taste buds satisfied every time you eat one!

Here's what you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup of Veg-Pro Peanut Butter
  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Water if needed
  • A blender
  • Popsicle molds

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little bit of water if needed.

Step 2: Pour the batter into popsicle molds.

Step 3: Freeze overnight.

Step 4: Enjoy!

For the chocolate topping, you can use pre-made chocolate you can find at the grocery store. Just be sure to get the one made with the least amount of ingredients and the least amount of added sugar.  

This one is really easy to make, you'll just need to get the popsicle molds first. You can find them online or at any grocery store for just a few bucks.
