In the age of vending machine lunches and on-the-go snacks, it can be hard to avoid the unhealthy food choices that surround us each day.

This easy-to-make snack spread can fill the hunger void and it makes anything from fruits to toast more delicious.

And it gets even better!

Not only is it healthy, but it's also really, REALLY good!

Here's what you'll need:

Step 1: Melt the peanut butter. (careful not to boil it)

Step 2: Mix in Veg-Pro Peanut Butter protein

Step 3: If it's too dry you can add a little water or plant milk to make it a bit runnier.

Step 4: Drizzle over your favorite fruits!

Once you make up this delicious spread you can put it in a small container and it will last for days in the fridge.

Best part?

You can use it on any fruits including bananas, pears, strawberries, and anything else you can think of!

Just be careful because if you leave it in the fridge at work it may disappear once the word gets out about how delicious it is!

Technically speaking you can follow the instruction above and add a scoop or two of Veg-Pro to the entire jar of peanut butter and mix it well so you have enough to last you a few days. 

If you're allergic to peanuts you can use any flavor protein and any type of nut butter. A great option is almond butter with chocolate-flavored protein!
