Everybody looks forward to their cheat day...

And when you have something like this to look forward to it's almost too hard not to cheat a little sooner than you planned!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 3 scoops Whey-Pro Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 3/4 cup of coconut sugar (or any option you have at home)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2-4 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • An oven
  • A large bowl
  • 8x8 baking pan

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, peanut butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar. Make sure to mix well.

Step 3: Add the rest of the ingredients one at a time while mixing. Start with cocoa, then protein, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.

Step 4: Use a spatula to scrape down all mixture and blend. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5: Spray an 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray, pour your batter in and put in the oven.

Step 6: Bake for about 30 minutes or until a fork into the center comes out pretty clean, do not overcook.

Step 7: Let cool, then slice into square brownies and enjoy!

Cheat meals are great, but they can also be healthy...if you don't want to derail all your weekly progress then you can swap out any of the ingredients listed here for any healthy options you prefer!
